Indeed natural ingredients are my favorite secret for my skin.
Especially during an extremely hectic time like fashion weeks where I have several jobs a day,
I love to use my beauty secrets homemade to give my skin an extra nourishment.
Normally I don’t OVER use cosmetics (no matter homemade or not),
because I am convinced that the skin can work for itself very well.
But in this busy schedule I support my skin every day.
Usually I use things like coconut oil daily for my face massages, but hair masks and facial masks I always forget to do them. ^^
But during fashion week and before jobs I do a facial mask and I love to do it with a friend =)
So here I have 11 recipes for your whole body with ingredients you might have at home.
So here we go, making yourself a beautiful, glowing, clear skin
and a healthy body with my beauty secrets homemade.
#1 MAKEUP REMOVER
Every night I remove my makeup from my eyes and face.
And I only use two ingredients for that.
I use a cotton pad apply a bit of coconut oil and then a bit of water.
Then I go over my closed eyes first and afterwards removing my makeup from my whole face.
The great thing about this.
You will directly nurture your skin in your face with coconut oil.
And also I don’t like normal makeup remover because they irritate my skin.
#2 FACIAL MASK for a glowing skin
After removing my makeup I love to do a facial mask for glowing skin.
Use honey and plain yoghurt and whip it together.
Leave it on your face for about 10 minutes and then wash it off.
It will cool and relax your skin and gives you a wonderful glow.
If you need an instant method use the good, old cucumber.
They will cool your eye circles, lower the puffiness and brighten the dark circles under your eyes naturally.
The cucumbers moisture relaxes the skin and increases the blood circulation.
So you dark circles will automatically disappear.
How to do it:
Use the cucumber from the fridge and cut 0,5 cm slices and put them for 10 minutes on your closed eyes.
#2 GREEN TEA
Green tea has a lot of antioxidants.
These will brighten your eyeshadows and reduce the puffiness under your eyes.
How to do it:
Put two tea bags into warm water for 5 minutes, then for 30 minutes into the fridge and after for 15 minutes onto your closed eyes.
#3 COCONUT OIL
Preventing the dark circles by using coconut oil the night before.
The skin under your eyes is very thin, so the coconut oil can get right into it.
Put the oil under your eyes and tap it lightly into your skin.
So you will increase your blood flow.
Do this before going to bed.
Before going to bed and after removing my makeup, I apply a bit of honey on my lips like a lip gloss and go to sleep with it.
Make sure to put your hair into a ponytail when using the honey.
Otherwise your hair might be a bit sticky the next morning 😉
#1 TEETH BRIGHTENER
Once a week I do a brightening teeth mask.
Turmeric will naturally brighten your teeth.
How to do it:
Use 1/2 a tea spoon of coconut oil and ½ a tea spoon of turmeric powder and mix it together.
Then apply it on a tooth brush and brush your teeth with the paste.
Then let the paste in your mouth for 5 minutes and wash your mouth intensively with water.
Very important, spit the turmeric paste into a STAINLESS STEEL sink!!!
Otherwise you might have a hard time cleaning your sink afterwards because turmeric does color extremely.
Afterwards brush your teeth with a normal tooth paste.
Your tooth brush will surely be yellow afterwards.
Make sure you don’t put any turmeric on your clothes.
If you want a more advanced version use a pinch of pepper, it will increase the effect of the curcuma.
#1 HAIR CONDITIONER
Go under your shower and wet your hair.
Then apply a bit of coconut oil in your whole hair.
Don’t apply too much, otherwise it will be hard to remove.
Then wash your hair normally.
#2 HAIR MASK
I use a hair mask 2 times a week.
I use curd cheese which will moisturize your hair and honey which is anti-inflammatory and purifying for your scalp.
How to do it:
Use 3 table spoons of curd cheese and add 3 table spoons of honey.
Then apply the mask on your hair after washing it, when it is still wet.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and wash it out intensively.
#1 BODY SCRUB
Before shaving my legs in the morning I do a body scrub under the shower.
To remove all the dead skin cells and making your legs and upper body moisturized and smooth.
How to do it:
Take 2 table spoons of coconut oil and 2 tea spoons of sea salt to make it a nice paste.
Then massage it on your feet, legs, upper body and arm.
Afterwards washing it of with warm water again.
#2 BODY LOTION
This is a great recipe, because you only need ONE ingredient. 😉
You will be surprised 😉
It’s COCONUT OIIIIIIIIIIIIL!!! ^^
After showering I apply coconut oil onto my legs.
Let it stay there for 10 minutes.
If you will wear a long trouser, wipe the remaining coconut oil from your legs with a tissue.
