Natural beauty tips for hair – here we go!
Yes, as a model my hair is styled a lot that’s why my natural beauty tips for hair are so important to me.
I usually have lots of product in my hair or it is even teased which is the worst.
So I start treating my hair right in my daily routine as well as giving it a hair mask from time to time.
But honestly I also don’t overdo my hair care.
When I’m working I wash my hair daily, if not I do it every second day.
So you also give your scalp and hair a rest.
My natural beauty tips for hair…. are:
#1 Natural shampoo without silicon
I love to use Lavera shampoo, because it’s organic smells great and masters any hair, plus there is no silicon in it.
You are having a natural treatment for your hair while keeping your natural hair structure.
#2 Only one ingredient conditioner for smooth hair
Massage a bit of coconut oil into your dry hair.
Then let it sit for a little bit or remove it directly with shampoo.
Don’t use too much oil, otherwise you will have a hard time removing it.
#3 Hair growth treatment
Put coffee ground on your head and massage it into your scalp and hair.
This will stimulate the hair roots and enhances hair growth.
#4 Shiny hair treatment
I love this one.
I mix one egg together with a mashed banana.
Make your hair wet and then apply it as a thick paste on your head and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Afterwards wash it well out and be happy about your shiny hair 😊.
#5 Moisturizing hair mask
I use a hair mask 1-2 times a week, if I’m not too lazy.
Mix 3 tbsp of curd cheese which will moisturize your hair and 3 tbsp of honey which is anti-inflammatory and purifying for your scalp.
Then apply the mask on your hair after washing it, when it is still wet.
Leave it there for 5 minutes and wash it out intensively.

#6 Eating lots of veggies and wholesome food
You get all the minerals, vitamins and nutrients you need by eating lots of veggies, proteins, wholesome carbs and healthy fats.
Those nutrients are essential for your whole body, as well as your hair.
Especially since I’m eating more protein and vegetables I realized that my hair got thicker.
So I keep on eating that 😉
#7 Relax
An itching scalp or hair lose can result from stress.
Also of course skin issues like acne or worry wrinkles are caused by stress.
Prevent this and make your hair, skin, body and mind healthy by meditating, exercising, getting a massage and sleeping.
An extra tip: Don’t overthink and worry too much, this will freak you out!
And as we know from experience…
Mostly the things will be different than our horror scenarios and mostly wayyyyy BETTER!
So bring your hair to shine with my natural beauty tips.
