Yes you read right, I love fat!
Of course the healthy once.
Like coconut oil, avocado, nuts and seeds, olive oil, coconut paste, raw milk butter, fish, meat, eggs and so on.
Good for your brain, cells and body.
I also enjoy reading books on how to eat healthy.
One book called „Befreite Ernährung“ by Christian Opitz is unfortunately only available in German.
The author is convinced that green smoothies and so called „lubricators“ are essential for your body to get what it needs.
Now first: What is a „lubricator“??
It is a smoothie which gives the body high quality fat and protein.
The „lubricator“ will lubricate your joints, that’s why it’s called „lubricator“.
It is a cellular satiating meal that requires little digestive energy and is therefore just as suitable as green smoothies to provide vital nutrients without getting tired, as is the case with larger cooked meals.
With this in mind Mr. Opitz made recipes which taste like desserts while being very healthy and also satisfying your bodies needs.

Here I will share with you lubricator smoothie recipes which I adore.
The original recipe is made with raw eggs, which I love, but in case you don’t like eggs i also have a eggfree recipe for you.
Lubricator smoothie recipe with eggs:
- 2 raw eggs
- 3 tbsp raw coconut paste or raw milk butter
- 1 apple / 1 pear / 1 banana / 1 mango / hand full of berries
- ½ lemon juice
Lubricator smoothie recipe WITHOUT EGGS:
- 2 tbsp raw, peeled hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp raw coconut paste or raw milk butter
- 1 apple / 1 pear / 1 banana / 1 mango / hand full of berries
- ½ lemon juice
Anti-inflammatory recipe:
- 2 tbsp raw, peeled hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp raw coconut paste or raw milk butter
- 1 pear
- 2 tbsp goji-berries (soaked into water overnight, you can use the soaking water for this lubricator)
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix it well.
Then you can enjoy your dessert 🙂
Most importantly: Get some eggs or hemp seeds in and then either use coconut paste or raw milk butter.
Then simply add a fruit you like.
Also berries are delicious with this mixture.
The coconut paste and the eggs/hemp seeds will make a great texture, so you think you are eating a dessert instead of a health boost.
My favourite lubricator smoothie is with coconut paste and eggs.
Just try the recipes and you will see how satisfying this lubricator is for your whole body and cells.
And you will also not get hungry so quickly because you really gave your body what it needed.
