Detox Day 1 of 3.
After Christmas and new Year we all enjoyed great food and lots of sweets.
So I decided to try a 3 day Power Detox Plan after christmas to get back on my healthy track.
It is a alcaline and vegan cure.
During this treatment you should only drink water and tea.
To enhance the cleaning effect I don’t drink or eat any alcohol, caffeine or animal products.
I drink a lot of water.
Go for a walk on the fresh air for a minimum of 1 hour and do exercises for your lymphatic system.
Like a dry brush massage or warm and cold showers.
You will find my shopping list for the 3 days down below.
First of all buy all of these ingredients for the 3 day course for 2 people.
We start with our 1st day.
So here are my recipes of my detox plan after christmas.

Then chop 8 stalks of parsley very small.
For the dressing: Cut the 2nd khaki into small pieces and blend it together
with 6 tbsp orange juice and 4 tbsp of lemon juice.
Afterwards add 2 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Then put it on the salad, mix well and let it sit for a little while.
Bon appetit!
Now here comes our delicious soup for dinner!!!!
Dinner: Broccoli soup with mint.
Rich in Vitamin C, strenghtens your connective tissues and enhances a gorgeous skin.
For 2 portions – 25 minutes – 230kcal/portion – 9g P, 11g F, 22g C.
Split 500g of broccoli into it’s rossets.
Cut 4 spring onions in rings and heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a big pot.

Add 600ml of vegetable stock and let it cook for 10 minutes with a closed pot.
Then you add 100g of frozen peas to the broccoli and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
After the total cooking time of 15 minutes you puree the soup until there are no pieces left.
Then season with 2 tbsp of lemon juice, red spicy pepper powder and black pepper.
Serve it with a little bit of chopped mint leaves on top. (We also loved it without.)
I looooooooove this soup!!!!
